Lysine including Vitamin C & Echinacea is an enhanced lysine supplement that combines 1,500 mg of the amino acid l-lysine with vitamin C and herbs such as Echinacea and garlic for natural immune support.

Lysine is one of nine essential amino acids needed—but not produced—by the body. It’s required for many aspects of normal growth and development. In the body, it’s converted to acetyl CoA, which is a critical part of metabolizing carbohydrates for energy. Lysine can be found in many foods, with red meat, fish and dairy products being the best sources.
