We searched far and wide when determining the thread count of our sateen fabric, and we found that a single-ply 400 thread count was literally perfect. This yarn density delivers the tactile and visual benefits of a high-end weave and enhances sateen’s inherent silkiness without compromising on breathability or durability (as higher thread counts do) – in fact, the fabric will only get softer and cozier with each laundering.

Freight Curbside DeliveryWhile all Naturepedic shipments (including all mattress sizes) typically use FedEx/UPS Ground, foundations and other considerations may make freight delivery necessary. The freight company will typically call to schedule a time frame for delivery. The driver will remove the package from the truck and leave it on the curb. There is no extra charge for this delivery method. Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO ShipmentsUnfortunately, we cannot ship Naturepedic products to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses. If you have further questions, please contact us Damaged Shipping PolicyAny products damaged in transit will be replaced at our expense. For products that require a signature, the shipment must either be refused (for severe damage) or clearly marked as damaged on the delivery receipt when you sign for the shipment. Pure Modern Living must be notified within 72 hours in order to file a claim. Without marking the delivery receipt, we will have no recourse with the freight carriers.

Orders Refused on DeliveryIf you refuse your order upon delivery (for reasons other than damage), you will be responsible for the actual outbound shipping cost (including promotional shipping) and any return shipping costs. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately before the item is processed.
