Cooking Instructions:
Sausage and peppers pizza • preheat oven to 475*f • spoon 1/3 cup of carbone spicy pizza sauce onto 12″ pizza dough and spread • sprinkle 1 cup of shredded low moisture mozzarella cheese on top • apply quarter-sized pieces of uncooked, with casing removed, hot italian sausage • dress 1/2 cup roasted red pepper strips with 1 tsp of red wine vinegar and apply evenly on pizza • bake in oven for about 15 minutes, rotating halfway through cooking, until the crust is browned and cheese is golden • once removed from oven, top each slice with dollops of ricotta cheese • finish with sliced hot cherry peppers and drizzle of extra virgin olive oil buon appetito!
